COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Thermo Scientific DSP-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yokogawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Harmonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the GMMSDINT1L2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DX2048242 manufactured by Yokogawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yokogawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HTL80001LASDC by Manufacturer Harmonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand HMA31000T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dukane such as DSS2503 equipment made by Dukane have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dukane products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dukane" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ENR0829033 made by Markem as well as the popular ESA10160H original spares produced by Elmo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSPC170 by Abb and DSS2503 spares by Dukane are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HC03009053 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hubbell. |
